The article examines the role of gamification in the formation of a personalized approach to learning in an inclusive educational environment. Particular attention is paid to students with special educational needs, including children with visual, hearing, intellectual, autism spectrum and other disabilities. A systematic review of publications for the period 2019-2024, based on the PRISMA principles, was conducted, analyzing the impact of gaming technologies on motivation, engagement and academic performance. Based on the conducted research, an educational platform “EInclusion” is proposed, adapted to the cultural and social characteristics of Kazakhstan. The platform combines game mechanics with innovative technologies, including machine learning and cloud services, which allows creating personalized curricula for different categories of students. The results of the study highlight the significant potential of gamification for the implementation of the state program to ensure equal access to quality education, offering a new vision of inclusive education in the context of digital transformation. The research highlights the need for further research to assess the long-term impact of gamification on the educational process.
