From this axiom we derive, in a unique and non-adjustable sequence, the core features of physics: distinguishability, relational invariants, coherence, harmonicity, curvature, natural boundaries, meaning-preserving projection, and recursive emergence. These yield the Fisher ˆ information metric, the Laplace–Beltrami recursion operator R, and the universal ∆-spectrum whose solitonic eigenmodes act as particles, fields, agents, and higher-order structures. Monotonic meaning is equivalent to the Second Law, giving rise to the thermodynamic arrow of time and the emergence of dissipative structure. Recursive meaning growth explains the emergence of chemistry, metabolism, replication, evolution, cognition, and agency as ∆-solitons embedded in increasingly higher-dimensional manifolds. All major physical functionals— entropy, geometric action, quantum action, forces, curvature, and boundary area—arise as projections of a single parent functional determined by Axiom Ω. The framework is predictive.
