Working document identifying the machinery for deriving the particle mass spectrum from Mode Identity Theory's topological postulate S¹ = ∂ (Möbius) ↪ S³. Three existing MIT papers (The Waltz, Alpha, Yang-Mills) independently produce components of a mass generation mechanism: the vacuum baseline μ_Λ ≈ 2. 25 meV from the Möbius ground mode, E₈ exponents as grid positions on the 120-domain, and the McKay decomposition of SU (2) representations restricted to the binary icosahedral group 2I as a spectral mass ladder with three isolated vacua. This document maps the assembly path and states the structural conjecture: the Standard Model mass spectrum is the spectral geometry of the Poincaré homology sphere S³/2I, with generation structure arising from three flat-connection vacua. No mass predictions are claimed. Computational tasks, constraints, and failure modes are specified.
