Abstract

Background: 6p copy number loss of heterozygosity (6pLOH) and human leukocyte antigen-inactivating mutations (HLA-IAs) can “rule in” a diagnosis of immune aplastic anaemia (iAA). We conducted a scoping systematic review (SR) and meta-analysis (MA) to determine availability of published data on epidemiology, prognosis, and impact on treatment.
