The analysis revealed a significant proportion (35%) of adaptation funds directed towards urban areas over rural ones, suggesting an uneven geographical distribution. Climate justice in adaptation financing requires more equitable allocation to ensure sustainable development across all regions. Policy makers are encouraged to implement targeted strategies that enhance rural engagement and improve the efficiency of climate finance. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
