AbstractThis paper introduces the Universal Viscosity Model (UVM), a robust alternative to the Big Bang theory. The UVM describes the universe as a static, infinite structure immersed in a fifth-dimensional viscous medium, analogously termed"Cosmic Jelly." Redshift is reinterpreted as the energetic dissipation of light (TiredLight) via a universal friction coefficient η = 13.97, derived from the Hubble time(1/H0 ≈ 13.97 billion years for H0 = 70 km/s/Mpc). This model accounts forthe Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) at 2.7 K as dissipated "photonic sweat"(thermal noise), explains the mature galaxies observed by the James Webb SpaceTelescope (JWST) as ancient static structures, and avoids singularities through eternal quantum bounces rooted in Loop Quantum Cosmology (LQC) and String Theory. We provide defenses against classical criticisms, such as "blurring" in quasars(resolved via superfluid drag) and time dilation in supernovae (explained throughquantum informational resistance). Predictions include anomalous decay in gravitational waves and high-redshift inconsistencies testable by the Euclid mission or theRoman Space Telescope. All mathematical derivations and simulations are presentedwithout omission.
