Abstract The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) was expected to confirm the standard model of cosmology; instead, it has revealed a universe of "Impossible Monsters"—massive, mature galaxies and "Little Red Dots" that defy the laws of expansion. This article introduces the Unified Dark Sector mechanism, a revolutionary framework that resolves the "Impossibly Early Galaxy" problem and the persistent Hubble Tension without invoking Dark Energy or Dark Matter. By treating the vacuum not as empty space, but as a discrete manifold with physical viscosity, we reinterpret cosmological redshift as a fundamental energy tax—Quantized Vacuum Attenuation. We move beyond the abstract "river" of time to a physical "ruler" of change, demonstrating how the properties of a viscous vacuum naturally produce the extra gravity currently attributed to Dark Matter and the dimming attributed to Dark Energy. The result is a return to a static, Euclidean universe that matches JWST’s observations with precision, replacing a chaotic Big Bang with a vast, stable, and intelligible cosmos.
