GTX-11 attenuates lung fibrosis, inflammation and vascular remodeling in preclinical models of lung fibrotic disease
Key Points
GTX-11 effectively attenuates lung fibrosis and inflammation, indicating a potential for treatment.
In models, GTX-11 demonstrates antifibrotic activity both in vivo and in vitro, showcasing its versatility.
The analysis involves preclinical models to evaluate the impact of GTX-11 on lung conditions.
These findings suggest GTX-11 may serve as a promising therapeutic option for fibrotic lung diseases.
Abstract
Altogether, our studies reveal that GTX-11 is an effective antifibrotic both in vivo and in vitro, suggesting that GTX-11 has potential as a therapeutic option for fibrotic ILDs.
