Efficient separation of formation gas, condensate, and produced water is a key technological challenge in gas production and treatment facilities. Traditional separation systems may experience reduced efficiency when processing multiphase mixtures under variable flow conditions. This technical note provides an overview of the patented technology described in RU2821408C1, which introduces an improved method for separation of formation gas mixtures. The proposed approach incorporates a modified buffer tank configuration and multi-stage separation arrangement designed to enhance phase separation efficiency and operational stability.
