The article presents an analytical study of the socio-economic and demographic dynamics of the Russian Federation and its constituent regions. Using a system of quantitative indicators, the authors examine interrelations between demographic parameters, quality of life, and the overall level of socio-economic development. Special attention is paid to the formation of an integral demographic index that allows for a comparative assessment of regional sustainability and developmental disparities. The analysis also explores the potential effects of integration processes and interstate unions on demographic and economic stability. The results offer a foundation for forecasting long-term regional development trends and for formulating policies aimed at enhancing demographic resilience and improving the quality of life across the Russian Federation.
