Purpose: This study examined how digital transformation perception and beauty app learning experiences among adult beauty majors at cyber universities affect their university satisfaction and learning experiences. It also investigated how beauty app learning experiences and university satisfaction mediate the relation between digital transformation perception and learning engagement. Methods: A survey was administered to 161 adult learners at a cyber university, and the collected data underwent exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and bootstrapping-based mediation analysis via SPSS version 21.0.Results: No statistically significant differences across age groups were observed in the major variables, while digital transformation perception had a significant positive effect on beauty app learning experiences, university satisfaction, and learning experiences. Mediation analysis results showed a partial mediation structure in which digital transformation perception had a direct and indirect influence on learning flow through beauty app learning experiences and university satisfaction. Notably, the mediating effect of beauty app learning experiences was comparatively larger than that of university satisfaction. Conclusion: In a cyber university environment, to enhance learning flow among adult beauty learners, stakeholders must raise awareness of digital transformation perception and improve the design and qualitative experience of practical digital learning tools that reflect beauty majors’ individual characteristics.
