Digital transformation has become a crucial of change in the banking sector, particularly for collaborative banks seeking to improve effectiveness and client service. This study evaluates the growth and client satisfaction of cooperative bank following the perpetration of digital banking services. The Study examines the digitalization on functional performance, client convenience, service quality and overall institutional growth. Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative styles, data were collected to evaluate speed, availability, translucency, and trustability. The study also analyzes fiscal indicators such as deposit growth, loan disbursement, client base expansion, and digital transaction volume following the adoption of digital platforms. The Findings indicate that digitalization has positively influenced both bank growth and client satisfaction. Customers reported enhanced convenience, reduced waiting time, bettered service delivery, and trust in banking operations. Also the bank has also shown measurable improvements in functional effectiveness and competitive positioning within the indigenous banking sector. The study concludes that digital metamorphosis plays a vital part in strengthening collaborative banks by perfecting service quality and fostering sustainable growth. It also highlights the significance of nonstop technological upgrades, and client mindfulness, to maximize the long term benefits of digital banking enterprise.
