This paper introduces the Isotropic Pressure Model of Gravitation (IPMG), a mechanical framework that redefines the vacuum as a Planck-scale Vortex Lattice and gravity as a resultant pressure gradient. By replacing the Big Bang singularity with a self-contained Universal Circuit and Shadow Deficit Recovery (SDR), the model provides a unified mechanical origin for gauge forces, the mass spectrum, and cosmological expansion. The framework offers a non-dissipative, steady-state solution to the Hubble Tension and the Vacuum Catastrophe, providing a physical substrate for General Relativity and Quantum Electrodynamics.
