Abstract

A series of 3,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-4-aryl-8-arylidene-2(1H)-quinazolinethiones was obtained by the reaction of cyclohexanone bis-chalcones with thiourea. Further modification using chloroethynylphosphonate afforded a series of new phosphorylated thiazolo2,3-bquinazoline derivatives.
