The development of the Sukabumi–Ciranjang–Padalarang Toll Road has the potential to alter transportation mobility patterns and socio-economic conditions in Sukabumi Regency. This study aims to evaluate changes in transportation mobility and assess the socio-economic impacts of the toll road development. A mixed-method approach was applied by integrating quantitative, qualitative, and spatial analyses based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Quantitative data were collected through an origin–destination (OD) survey involving 205 respondents, generating 474 daily trip movements. The results indicate an average mobility rate of 2.31 trips per day with a mean travel time of 63.5 minutes per trip. Motorcycles dominated mode choice (55.6%), followed by public transport (22.0%). Approximately 31.2% of respondents experienced reduced travel time, while 57.1% reported no significant change. From a socio-economic perspective, 31.2% of respondents reported improved economic conditions, whereas 55.1% experienced no change. Spatial analysis reveals increased accessibility concentrated around toll access points, indicating potential spatial disparities.
