This protocol paper presents an OUXSPACE-derived experimental framework for testing homeopathic potentization as a preparation-dependent biological threshold process. The paper does not attempt to prove clinical homeopathy and does not treat high dilution as conventional concentration pharmacology. Instead, it asks a narrower experimental question: can a sequence of material contact, serial dilution, standardized succussion, relaxation, and transfer leave a reproducible structural–dynamic bias in water that becomes biologically readable under controlled temperature, coupling geometry, and cell-state conditions? The proposed framework defines OUX-S120 standardized succussion, minimal stability conditions, potency-matched sham controls, succussion-only processing controls, relay-compatible versus bulk-only coupling conditions, live-cell calcium response as a first threshold-sensitive biological readout, and predefined statistical decision rules. A positive result is defined narrowly: reproducible separation from matched sham and processing controls, stronger response in relay-compatible geometry, dependence on biological state, and support from at least two primary response metrics across independent biological runs. The protocol is falsifiable by design. Absence of matched-sham separation under controlled conditions rejects the tested preparation-state hypothesis under those conditions. The work should therefore be read as a protocol paper and experimental framework, not as a claim of clinical efficacy.
