The reductionist paradigm has achieved remarkable successes in macroscopic local research and engineering applications, yet it suffers from inherent, irreparable methodological limitations: boundary blindness, mandatory information distortion via filtering, and the failure of linear decomposition for complex coupled systems. No local theory can autonomously verify its own validity, nor distinguish universal laws from local special cases within a holistic system. This paper constructs Transcendental Topological Holism, a novel a priori theoretical framework fundamentally different from traditional empirical holism. Unlike Gestalt theory, systems theory and emergent holism which rely on posterior induction, this framework is derived from topological a priori axioms and possesses mathematical necessity and ontological uniqueness. Taking four observable steady-state models — organic growth of apples, coupled family social systems, architectural engineering and physical pendulum systems — as cognitive entry points, this study extracts and rigorously proves seven core elements that form a minimal, irreducible complete set for all self-consistent steady-state wholes. A core proposition is established: the whole precedes individual parts ontologically; the whole defines the existential paradigm, while parts govern operational efficiency. From a top-down meta-logical perspective, this work completes the ultimate anchoring of five core conclusions of the PFUSRC topological system: prime nodes as indivisible rigid topological anchors, the 45° triple coaxial bicone as the unique steady-state geometric structure, the 1→5→11 minimal closed dimensional evolution, the 12:11 rigidity-flexibility boundary ratio, and 55 datum points for full 3D projection coverage. This research also reinterprets residue, noise and gap as essential ontological components for system evolution, field fluctuation and topological coupling, which are arbitrarily discarded by reductionism. Furthermore, this paper extends holistic logic to the ontology of time, logic, wisdom and consciousness, demonstrating that wisdom and consciousness are inherent properties and differentiated projections of the cosmic topological whole, rather than accidental products of material evolution. This study fills the meta-logical gap of the PFUSRC system, elevating it from a self-consistent theoretical construction to an irreplaceable fundamental scientific paradigm based on transcendental holism.
