Abstract

CDN-351 converts the CDN-350 strong lead into an external measurement gate. The one-axis thresholds c0=11. 276973, rho=0. 188040, and T=0. 615217 are sufficient survival gates, but not necessary cuts, because mixed sub-threshold caps can also cross P (20/20) >=20%. The locked falsifier is the monotone upper-corner rule: for external caps c0<=C, rho<=R, T<=Theta, evaluate the closure model at (C, R, Theta). The locked result is EXTERNALCORNERGATELOCKED.
