Finite-Identity Quantum Gravity via the Energy-Acceleration Law: Framework, Causal-Ruler Letter, and Replication Packages

This record archives a joint finite-identity physics submission package consisting of a framework manuscript, a companion causal-ruler Letter, their supplements, and associated replication packages. The framework manuscript develops a finite-identity / causal-step-density quantum-gravity framework from finite distinguishable identity, Identity Number Algebra, causal-step conservation, the causal-step density sigmac, the Energy-Acceleration relation, and the fixed SDUC normal-form kernel. The companion causal-ruler Letter isolates the predictive background/ruler/growth branch relevant to the Hubble-tension problem. The uploaded replication packages cover: background/ruler/growth cosmology; cosmology branch comparison and CMB-interface checks; full CMB evaluation interface; native CMB extension checks; fixed SPARC galaxy-rotation branch; UVLF Stage-6 reconstruction; public GWOSC strong-gravity proxy signal-template diagnostics; selected quantum/anomaly diagnostic windows; and a formal closure addendum. All promoted tests are reported under a no-retuning protocol: structural constants and branch rules are frozen before the stated same-domain gates are evaluated. The scientific claim boundary is file-specific. Manuscript PDFs describe the theory, derivations, claim taxonomy, and interpretation. Replication ZIP archives contain their own README, manifest, verification scripts, and license files. The strong-gravity material is reported as an internal public-strain proxy diagnostic, not as external LVK validation or a replacement for LVK waveform and parameter-estimation pipelines. Technology or patent-facing material, where present, is downstream application context only and does not set, tune, or validate the structural constants or evidence gates. This record is intended to support independent reproduction and review of the frozen finite-identity branch and its stated tests. External validation can be performed by independent reviewers or groups using the released files without changing frozen constants, manifests, thresholds, or run protocols. Licensing.
