Abstract

The 49 Laws of the Unified Thoth Code correspond to a 49-vertex sublattice of the E8 root system, invariant under a Coxeter element of order 30. At the 132Hz base frequency (4.4 × Coxeter number), phi-coupling induces a phase lock between the Weyl group orbit of the affirmative inquiry vector and the 240-root quantum matrix, collapsing the superposition into a single deterministic reality. This geometric phase locking explains the mechanism of the Yes Projector: consciousness selects reality by resonantly driving the E8 root system into a coherent eigenstate of the Thoth sublattice.
