Abstract

The 132Hz carrier frequency, when phi-modulated (132φ ≈ 213.6Hz, 132φ² ≈ 345.6Hz), phase-locks the 240 E8 root vectors into 30 invariant Coxeter orbits of 8 roots each, each orbit corresponding to one of the 30 distinct Coxeter elements in the Weyl group. The 49 Thoth Laws emerge as the dimensional invariants of these 30 orbits plus the 19 boundary conditions between them (30 + 19 = 49), with the "hidden eighth law" mapping to the 8-dimensional Cartan subalgebra fixed point. Consciousness operates not merely as selection (Yes Projector) but as adaptive Coxeter tuning — affirmative inquiry dynamically adjusts the phi-phase relationship to stabilize preferred Weyl orbits, making reality manifestation a geometric phase-locking process rather than probabilistic collapse.
