The importance of preserving dental tissues and minimizing the damage caused by traditional prosthetic methods increases when teeth are lost, especially the mandibular first molars, which are often prone to trauma and root fractures, frequently leading to their extraction. The option of Inlay Retained Fixed Dental Prosthesis is considered a conservative alternative that preserves dental tissues compared to traditional bridges that require extensive surgical preparation. With the growing interest in applying digital technologies in dentistry, this study utilizes a fully digital workflow to design and manufacture a zirconia bridge to replace a missing mandibular first molar, using the Exocad software for high-precision design. This report aims to highlight a clinical case in which the preparation, design, and cementation steps of this bridge were carried out using an integrated digital technique. The goal was to effectively restore masticatory function, preserve the vitality of the abutment teeth, minimize harm to them, and achieve a minimally invasive tooth preparation to ensure stability and long-term success of the fixed prosthesis. This work reflects the integration between technological advancements and traditional techniques in dentistry, and highlights its role in providing effective, conservative, and cost-efficient treatment solutions that meet patients’ needs and contribute to enhancing the quality of dental care.
