This research uncovers how confining electrostatic and Lorentz scalar potentials approximate Dirac operators, suggesting advances in quantum physics applications.
In this paper we continue earlier investigations regarding the approximation of Dirac operators with δ δ -shell potentials in the norm resolvent sense. In particular, we consider the approximation of Dirac operators with confining electrostatic and Lorentz scalar δ δ -shell potentials, where the support of the δ δ -shell potentials is impermeable to particles modelled by such Dirac operators.
