This study aims to develop a food atlas for future integration into digital survey systems based on data from the NAHSIT. A small-scale test of the food atlas was conducted, with respondents generally finding the atlas design practical and accurate in assisting with portion size selection. In the future, the atlas content will be expanded, and further research will be carried out to assess the accuracy of this food atlas in estimating portion sizes for a broader population.
