Automated processing improves diagnostic report generation efficiency in ultrasound images, indicating better workloads for professionals.
With the rapid advancement of medical technology, medical imaging plays an increasingly important role in clinical diagnosis. However, the interpretation of ultrasound images and the writing of reports usually require professionals such as physicians or ultrasound technicians, which not only consumes a significant amount of time but also adds to their workload. To enhance the efficiency of diagnostic report generation, this study proposes an automated processing framework based on image preprocessing techniques and optimized OCR algorithms. The framework aims to accurately identify annotations, lesion names, and measurement values in ultrasound images.
