Analysis reveals an automated cleaning system improves efficiency in photovoltaic converters, suggesting better energy output.
The article discusses the development of an automatic cleaning system for the surface of photovoltaic converters (PVCs) at the "Agidel" solar power station. The relevance of the issue of PVC pollution is due to a significant decrease in their efficiency and operational characteristics caused by the accumulation of dust, dirt, and other contaminants. The study analyzed existing cleaning methods and identified their shortcomings. The article describes the design features, functioning principles, and advantages of the proposed automated system, including the use of sensors for monitoring contamination levels and integration with the existing infrastructure of the solar power station. This system will allow the solar power plant to generate the maximum amount of electricity.
