Training develops digital marketing skills in MSME actors, indicating improved readiness for digital transformation.
The Independent KKN program in Bandar Setia Village aims to increase people's digital literacy through digital marketing training for MSME actors. The activity lasted for 26 days (March 9–April 5, 2025), with a contribution in the form of increasing the capacity of digital business promotion. The process starts from identifying needs, preparing materials, practical training, evaluation, and follow-up mentoring. Implementation methods include Focus Group Discussion (FGD), hands-on practice, and an individualized approach. The training focused on using Facebook for marketing culinary products, such as creating a business account, managing content, and using Marketplace and buying and selling group features. As a result, participants showed an increase in digital skills, which had a positive impact on the readiness of MSMEs to face digital transformation in a sustainable manner.
