This article is dedicated to the study of one of the scenes from the Granada War carved on the panels of the lower choir of Toledo Cathedral, specifically panel 26, which, as demonstrated in the text, depicts the capture of the castles of Cambil and Alhavar, in whose assault artillery weapons were used extensively. In this regard, an investigation into the name of one of these weapons, the ribadoquín, is also included, and an etymology of Arabic origin is proposed for this word. In relation to this topic, a compilation of all the historical references to these fortresses that we have been able to discover from Arabic sources has also been made, and finally, a brief analysis of these and other place names in the area that also have Arabic origins is added.
