Literature review organizes strategies for effective communication and behavior change in public policy, indicating best practices for engaging stakeholders.
A critical component of public policy design and implementation is an effective communication strategy to support behaviour change among stakeholders in various public policy areas such as monetary policy, public health, environment and public transport. However, the literature provides diffused guidance for evidence-based communication designed for policymakers. As a case illustration of the framework, the controversial Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program in the Philippines is discussed.
