This paper examines the construction of AI-powered hybrid knowledge management (KM) systems and their effects for smart organizations. It integrates latest studies to emphasize how AI, more specifically natural language processing and machine learning, allied with a human workforce, enhances knowledge capture, structuring, and sharing. The proposed methodology details a system design with AI automation and contextual human validation. Results indicate that hybrid systems models in combination with AI algorithms greatly improve the ethical accuracy, knowledge precision, and pertinent information flow supporting decision-making and operational productivity. The study’s findings placed emphasis on the change paradigms of hybrid KM systems in enabling sustained organizational dynamism and innovation through continuous learning in agile incaptive settings.
