Comparative analysis reveals differences in user experience between Russian and foreign telemedicine platforms, highlighting UX strengths and weaknesses.
The article presents a comparative analysis of four popular web applications for telemedicine consultations: "Сбер-Здоровье" and "Яндекс.Здоровье" (Russia), Teladoc and Doctor On Demand (USA). The purpose of the study was to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the user interfaces of these platforms in terms of convenience, accessibility and adaptability. The analysis was conducted in five key categories: navigation, personalization, feedback, visual design, and accessibility. Specific units of analysis have been identified for each category. The analysis results showed that foreign platforms demonstrate a higher level of personalization, interface adaptation, and thoughtful user experience. Russian platforms, despite stable navigation and visual design, are less focused on diverse user groups, especially vulnerable categories. The conclusions made allow us to identify the best UX solutions used in Russian telemedicine web applications.
