Analysis reveals that nanomodifiers and magnetic field enhance strength properties in alloys, suggesting effective methods for structure improvement.
The paper presents the results of information analysis of works devoted to the study of the influence of various methods of action during the primary crystallization on the structure and properties of the alloy. The introduction of nanomodifiers of various nature and the treatment of the melt with a magnetic field were determined as the main and most effective factors of action. As a result of the action of these factors, the strength properties of the alloys increase by about 20%. The action of other studied factors (ultrasonic action, vibration, etc.) is not so effective. Based on the conducted information analysis, it is recommended to use the introduction of nanomodifiers and magnetic field treatment to homogenize the structure, eliminate liquation, refine the grain and, as a result, to increase the strength properties.
