A software-and-hardware complex for automating the process of measuring the linear dimensions of worn parts of tillers is discussed The software package has been developed on the basis of the Python programming language, it integrates with the CAD system «Compass-3D» and the office package «Microsoft Excel», which allows automating the process of measuring wear, as well as significantly speeding up the execution of measurements and minimizing errors. The proposed software ensures measurement accuracy and convenient work with data, which helps to increase the efficiency of wear analysis of tillage machinery parts. Particular attention is paid to the application of the software package in specific conditions with a demonstration, using the example of measuring the wear of Terraland chisel plow bits. The use of the proposed software solution contributes to the development of technologies for the restoration and strengthening of parts of tillage machines.
