Background: Parents play a crucial role in their children's education. However, due to various challenges, many opt for tutoring institutions as an alternative. BUMI PC IMM Kudus manages a tutoring service called Djazman, which remains relatively unknown due to limited promotion. A clear understanding of effective learning strategies is needed to help this institution produce quality students. The goal of this community service program is to provide managers of the Djazman tutoring service with knowledge and skills, focusing on marketing motivation, digital era utilization, and learning strategies. Method: This program employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, comprising planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, and involved 25 cadres from IMM Kudus. Results: Most participants demonstrated a good understanding of the material. Two participants (8%) scored 70–80, eight (32%) scored 80–90, and fifteen (60%) scored 90–100. In total, 92% achieved good to excellent results, exceeding the target of 85%. Although two participants scored lower, the training effectively improved their knowledge and skills as planned. Conclusion: The upskilling training program was successfully conducted, with participants showing great enthusiasm throughout all stages, from socialization and training to mentoring.
