The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the career intervention program structured by the researchers by using career group guidance activities prepared by Korkut-Owen et al. (2015) based on the Career Sailing Model on high school students' career ambivalence. The study is a quasi-experimental model with pretest-posttest control group. The study group of the research consisted of a total of 20 students, 10 in the experimental group and 10 in the control group, studying at different grade levels in an Anatolian high school in the province of Aksaray. The Career Decision Inventory developed by Çakır (2004) was used as a data collection tool in the study. A two-factor repeated measures ANOVA on a single factor was used to test the effectiveness of the career intervention programme implemented.
