This implementation improves educational methods in public physical education courses, indicating enhanced system performance and scalability.
In the current context of educational informatization, the teaching methods of public physical education courses in universities are accelerating their transformation toward modernization and informatization. This paper innovatively explores the design and implementation of a multimedia teaching platform for public physical education courses in universities based on CiteSpace V. CiteSpace V is used for visual analysis to accurately locate platform design requirements, such as platform independence, scalability, and practicality. The hardware design of the platform integrates the main control chip module, LoRa wireless communication module, and display module, and adopts a modular design to enhance flexibility and scalability. Especially, the application of LoRa wireless communication technology effectively solves the problems of unstable signal and limited coverage range in traditional sports education platforms. In terms of software design, the platform is divided into four subsystems: teaching resource management, course management, online teaching, and learning evaluation, and is built on a B/S architecture to ensure the security and performance of the system. At the same time, the resource scheduling strategy combining predictive dynamic scheduling algorithms and cloud computing virtualization technology effectively addresses high concurrency demands, significantly improves system performance, and provides strong support for information-based teaching of public physical education courses in universities. The test results show that the teaching platform constructed this time is highly targeted and stable, with a video playback delay time of less than 2.5 s. The overall response time of the platform is fast, and it has practical application value.
