Onboarding is a significant segment of practice in the software industry, contributing to the quick and effective introduction of new employees into all aspects of business processes in organizations. This becomes even more important for small software companies with specific internal organizations and constraints related to budget and other resources. Good Onboarding will solve the problem of hiring new people because the new employee will be a worker who will be productive and familiar with the company's work.
