Analysis reveals enhanced immunological resistance and reactivity in 13–14-year-old futsal athletes, indicating positive effects of training.
The article dealth with the study of the general immunological (innate and aquired) resistance of the body in 13–14-year-old female futsal athletes who are in the V critical period of immune system development, both those undergoing training and those not involved in futsal. Materials and Methods: The study is conducted among 13–14-year-old female futsal players. The experimental group (EG) consists of 15 young female futsal athletes whose average age is 13.53 ± 0.08 years. The control group (CG) includs 15 girls engaged in futsal training, whose average age is 13.43 ± 0.08 years. All participants (n = 30) are in the final stage of immune system development. General immunological resistance is assessed based on analytical coefficients and indices derived from the absolute and relative counts of the main populations of immunocompetent cells in the girls’ peripheral blood. Statistical analysis of the results is carried out by determining the mean values and errors (M±m). The reliability of the data in the sample is calculated using the Student's t-test, the difference is considered significant at p<0.05. Results: In female futsal players, a trend of efficiency in the formation of nonspecific and immunological resistance of the body is revealed, the index of nonspecific reactivity of the body increases, and potential nonspecific reactivity improves by 16.47%. In addition, immunological reactivity is also simultaneously enhanced by 6.74%. A tendency to increase the index of the ratio of lymphocytes and monocytes is revealed, which reflects the relationship between the affector and effector links of the immunological process, the hypersensitivity of the organism is reduced by 2.67 times. Conclusions: In conclusion, the article highlights that in young futsal players, intensive physical activity leads to an increase in nonspecific reactivity of the organism, immunological reactivity by 6.75%. Physical activity leads to immediate-type hypersensitivity (allergic reactions).
