Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is the most common form of hair loss in men and has a significant psychosocial impact. Among injectable therapies, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and polynucleotides (PN HPT™) have gained interest for their regenerative properties, though direct comparisons are limited. This case series evaluated the safety, tolerability, and clinical outcomes of PN HPT™ (Plinest Hair) versus PRP in 11 male patients with AGA, each receiving both treatments on opposite sides of the scalp.
