Estimation model calculates carbon emissions from power consumption in nodes, highlighting improved efficiency.
The calculation of the carbon emission of an electricity user requires the result of power flow calculation, leading to the limitation of the calculation efficiency of carbon emission. This paper proposed an estimation model of the carbon emission strength of a node and the associated estimation algorithm, such that the calculation of emission can be achieved by tracking the power instead of calculating the power flow. The simulation results based on a modified IEEE 33-node power system show the performance of the proposed estimation results.
