Econometric modeling assessed electricity sales volumes in the market, suggesting a periodic nature and reliability of the model.
The fluctuations in sales volumes of a company operating in the electricity market and the dynamic nature of the time series were studied using econometric modeling methods. Schuster spectra were applied, demonstrating that the series is periodic, with four peak points identified. A frequency analysis was conducted. Theil's inequality coefficients were used to assess the reliability of the model. A Fourier-based model for the time series of sales volumes was proposed.
