This study analyzes pressure fluctuation in oxygen cylinders, revealing impactful temperature effects on flight safety.
With the development of aviation technology, flight safety and comfort have become the focus of attention, in which the stability of the oxygen supply system is crucial to flight performance. In this study, the phenomenon of pressure fluctuation in high-pressure oxygen cylinders during flight was deeply analysed, the causes of pressure fluctuation were discussed, and the influencing factors were systematically evaluated. The experimental design was based on the actual flight environment. A series of experiments were carried out, and the pressure fluctuation data were systematically collected. After rigorous data processing, the law of oxygen pressure fluctuation is revealed, and the influence of temperature change on system pressure is evaluated. Based on the experimental data, the temperature compensation strategy can effectively reduce the pressure fluctuation in the oxygen cylinder and improve the stability and safety of the aircraft oxygen system.
