The modeling of the system using a tripole analyzer is considered, where the parameters of the input aperture are investigated. The results show that changing the shape of the input aperture can significantly improve the characteristics of mass spectrometers. The oval shape elongated along the OX axis is recognized as optimal. The work emphasizes the importance of further research to improve the efficiency of mass spectrometry and the development of new design solutions.
