Case report highlights incidental myocardial bridge in RCA during angiography, suggesting clinical relevance.
Herein, we describe a 60-year-old male who underwent coronary angiography as a preoperative workup for severe calcific mitral stenosis and poor left ventricular ejection fraction (25%). An incidental myocardial bridge in the recessive right coronary artery was seen. He underwent successful mitral valve replacement and is doing well on a 3-month follow-up.
