Analysis shows succession manager's authority to consent to decision transfers in enterprises, highlighting legal implications.
<ns3:p>The Act on Succession Management regulates, among others: issues of taking over concessions, licenses and permits issued to the deceased entrepreneur, providing for: execution of the decision by the administrator, its transfer to the owner of the enterprise and its transfer to the buyer of the enterprise. The research problem of this work is the possibility of the succession manager expressing consent to transfer such decisions to a third party, not listed in the Act on succession management, based on specific provisions. The aim of the work is to answer the question whether such consent can be expressed by the successor manager. The scientific research was carried out based on the non-reactive research method, i.e. analysis of legal acts, subject literature and case law. According to the adopted research hypothesis, the succession manager is entitled to exercise all rights and obligations arising from the decision, including consent to transfer the decision to a third party.</ns3:p>
