Observational analysis shows homeopathy improves outcomes in elderlies with chronic kidney disease, suggesting a viable alternative to conventional treatments.
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) has taken the form of epidemic with worldwide incidence of approximately 1.8 million/ year which has been doubled in the last 15 years. As per data from various countries, 7% to 55% of population, over the age of 60, is presenting with CRF. Modern Medicine offers only dialysis and transplant, both of which are not only expensive but also pose immense risk to elderlies due to physiologic changes, geriatric syndromes etc. On the other hand, Homeopathy has wide range of medicines which can immensely benefit patients of CKD of all ages and we have treated over 20,000 Renal Failure patients suffering especially from Geriatric group.
