Observational analysis highlights the impact of yoga and naturopathy on mental health, suggesting their integration into public health interventions.
Mental health disorders are a growing global concern, requiring integrated preventive strategies. This study elaborates on the influence of yoga and naturopathy as complementary systems in bringing about mental well-being. Yoga practices include asanas, pranayama, and meditation, which have been seen to reduce stress, anxiety, and depressive symptomatology. Naturopathy uses natural means to help correct the mental and physical imbalance through a balanced diet and lifestyle changes. Together, these sciences work toward a holistic alternative with very few side effects and affordable means of treatment regarding mental health. Findings indicate that yoga and naturopathy should also be incorporated into public health interventions as protective measures for emotional resilience and psychological balance. This research paper explores the role of yoga and naturopathy as complementary approaches to improving mental health. It focuses on how these holistic systems can be integrated into preventive mental health strategies to enhance emotional resilience and psychological well-being
