In this paper, the issues of analyzing heart rate variability and its relationship with respiratory activity are considered. A functional model of signal processing has been developed, which includes the stages of registration, preprocessing, identification of characteristic points and formation of time series. Software has been proposed that automates the analysis of biomedical data, provides synchronization of signals and their structured storage. A logical database model has been developed.
