This study demonstrates the effect of active life positions on health and psychophysical readiness in students, indicating benefits for physical culture engagement.
The co-authors of the scientific publication conducted a study and described the generalised results of the correlation of ranking levels to identify the influence of AHP on health and psychophysical readiness of combat sport students (9th grade (n=807) and higher education institutions (1–4 years (n=105) for physical culture and sports activities (see Tables 2, 3, Fig. 1). O. Otravenko, Z. Dikhtyarenko, E. Yeremenko developed an algorithm of a scientific experiment that had three stages: I) theoretical block (analysis of scientific sources [1–22, etc.] on the influence of an active life position on the health and psychophysical readiness of pupils, students and cadets for physical culture and sports activities in educational institutions: listing the factors of health promotion and formation of full psychophysical readiness of young people for physical culture and sports activities; determining the aspects of manifestation of an active life position (see Table 1); 2) implementation of the author's algorithm of actions for forming an active life position in students-athletes of khorting/ combat khorting – assistant referees, coaches; in students and cadets in the health-improving physical culture and sports space of educational institutions; a sample training session in a khorting/combat khorting sports club using health-improving technologies – strengthening the health of students through an active lifestyle; recalculation of the expected results of the impact of an active lifestyle and psychophysical readiness on improving the health of pupils, students and cadets in the healthimproving physical culture and sports space of educational institutions (based on the example of the described monthly training); 3) description of the determination of levels (high, sufficient, average, low) ranking to identify the impact of an active lifestyle on the health and psychophysical readiness of student athletes in combat khorting and higher education institutions for physical education and sports activities. According to the authors, some of the best results were the answers given by students who are combat horthing athletes and higher education students to the question: ‘Do you want to engage in physical education and sports activities (training, competitions, sports quizzes, active games with elements of wrestling)?’ Therefore, given the results obtained (high level: 116 people, which is the highest among all results of this level, and low level: 2 people, the lowest among all results of this level), the experimental work was effective and timely.
