Analysis highlights cogeneration systems generating thermal energy based on electric load in agriculture, suggesting autonomy and efficiency.
The work is devoted to the relevance of the issue of development of all sectors of the economy of our country, including such an important industry as agriculture. The development of the agricultural sector is associated in some cases with some of its specifics, which consists in the need (and sometimes historically) to have autonomous and remote agricultural production facilities. are located at some distance from the sources of central (or main) electricity and heat supply. In this regard, the substantiation of the use of cogeneration plants based on an internal combustion engine is given, taking into account their operation together with the consumer and, accordingly, the generation of electric and thermal energy. It is shown that the generation of thermal energy in a cogeneration plant depends on the value of the electric load and thus this fact must be taken into account. An algorithm for calculating a cogeneration plant with a consumer at the stage of design development and selection of the necessary equipment for its completion and subsequent implementation is presented. Based on the analysis, specific conclusions were made for the implementation of cogeneration plants at various facilities, both for investors and for manufacturers of cogeneration plants based on internal combustion engines.
